Administrator — The Rocks, Sydney

The Role Our Asset Care team are seeking an experienced Administrator to be based in our Gladstone Office. The successful candidate will be instrumental in delivering advanced administrative and coordination services, with a primary focus on precise document management. The position involves supporting a dynamic commercial team by handling compliance documentation within a high-energy, fast-paced environment. The role will also require 12 weeks per year dedicated to client outages both on and off site, where you'll gain experience and insight to worksites and site requirements. Key Responsibilities: Collate, review, and submit timesheets for payroll processing. Accounts Receivable duties including establishing new client accounts, client invoicing and claim summaries. Engaging on outages and ADHOC works. Liaising with internal and external clients and assisting with quote preparation. Scheduling of personnel for outage and site access applications. Travel and Accommodation planning and requests, including the preparation and monitoring of Travel Advice plans. Monitor and update SharePoint achievements and qualifications. Assisting the Operation and Project Managers with other duties where requested. Maintenance of site office, registers, consumables and PPE. The successful applicant will ideally have: Prior experience in a similar administrative role. Proficient in MS Office, especially MS Excel. Track, Avetta or similar systems Experience (Desirable). Pronto Experience (Desirable) Excellent communication and organisational skills. High attention to detail, particularly with invoicing and purchasing tasks. Ability to multitask and prioritise a diverse range of tasks. Valid driver's license. Ability to pass a pre-employment medical check. About Us SRG Global is a diversified industrial services company.
