Learn more > pensar.com.au About you: Our Water Engineering team are looking for an intrinsically- motivated and highly driven Graduate Engineer. You will be guided by a Senior Engineer/ Project Manager as you immediately get the opportunity to take ownership over many aspects of project delivery, on a busy portfolio of Hunter Valley NSW projects upcoming. This will include contract administration, QA, WHS, subcontractor management, and construction support. Key to your success includes the ability to be extremely organised in a fast-paced environment, excellent communication, an eagerness to learn, agility to travel (Drive) across the Hunter Valley region for works, as well as confident decision making. You are team-focused, self-motivated and get great results via effective prioritisation of tasks and time management. You are passionate about your work and are fully accountable for the results achieved. You are excited by the prospect of adding value to our diverse business and being a key contributor to the achievement of our growth objectives. Therefore, we tend to develop young talent quite quickly, yet meticulously. Within a year you will likely be managing your own projects and within three years you will likely be managing your own team members.
