Our client, a leading supplier of LPG for residential, commercial, and light industrial customers in Australia and New Zealand is currently looking for a Customer Service Officer to join their team. We currently have a position available in Unanderra for a Customer Service Officer starting immediately Customer Service Officer - Unanderra Unanderra NSW Manage customer accounts for residential & commercial gas customers Contract/Temp View to Permanency $28 - $33 p/h 2 - 3 days p/w with the potential for more days Mondays, Tuesdays & Wednesdays Must provide : Medical assessment including drug & alcohol Police check required Responsibilities in this role: Customer account management Handle over 60 phone queries per day Available 2 -3 days per week Ideally, the successful candidates have the following experience and requirements: Previous customer service experience Available Mondays, Tuesdays & Wednesdays Good computer skills Experience with Microsoft suite Debt management exp.
