The fundamentals of the role: · Assist in the management, the implementation and upkeep of a Maintenance Strategy uplift program. Delivering the Preventative Maintenance Instruction library into the Operations Delivery parts of the business. · Managing and updating the assets failure data library through the application of Reliability-Centred Maintenance (RCM) and Failure Mode Effects and Criticality Analysis (FMECA) processes. · Manage and execute maintenance review programs of work with internal and external stakeholders and service providers. · Collaborating with stakeholders to improve data reporting systems and performance dashboards. · Developing and improving maintenance activities for new and existing assets while updating asset management documentation (i.e., Preventative and Predictive Maintenance standards). · Influencing the future direction of condition-monitoring techniques by communicating risks and providing recommendations on industry best practices to increase asset reliability. · Supporting the Section Manager in the development of Business Unit Plans and guiding team members through the implementation of operational and tactical plans to achieve the Section’s objectives. · Engaging with customers and providers as a key interface in identifying customer needs, priorities, and preferred solutions in asset management capability. · Complying with relevant legislation, regulatory requirements, corporate policy, and ethical standards. · Carry out the responsibilities of the position in accordance with the Water Corporation's Code of Conduct, Equity and Diversity Policy, Occupational Safety and Health policies and procedures, and to behave and interact with colleagues in accordance with the Corporation's relevant standards, values, and policies. · Opportunities to travel for stakeholder management and site asset reviews. · Water Corporation is supportive of flexible working arrangements and a combination of Home site and office based can be considered. · Most importantly, having some fun Ideally, you will possess: · Relevant degree qualification and substantial experience in the Reliability Engineering/Maintenance fields OR a tertiary qualification with extensive experience in whole-of-life asset management, reliability-engineering, and/or maintenance roles. · Experience in root cause analysis, defect elimination, and supporting reliability tools through trend evaluation. · Experience in delivering new technology solutions for productive outcomes while ensuring the ease of data collection. · Demonstrated involvement in rolling out maintenance improvement strategies and training team members in reliability engineering techniques. · Relevant experience within the Utilities industry, particularly within water and wastewater · Participated in managing complex multi-faceted processes within a plant. · Experience with SAP and Maximo Does this unique opportunity sound like your dream job?
