Due to this immense growth, we have a newly created position in Customer Sales Support. In the role, you will provide crucial sales admin support to the internal team as well as working with a wide range of clients and stakeholders. You will be flown abroad for training in your first week and have the opportunity to travel for work – how cool is that? The role: Sales Administration: Providing essential back-end support to facilitate and accelerate sales growth. Sales Coordination: Assisting in coordinating sales activities, including order processing and logistics. Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with our valued clients. Sales Reporting: Preparing sales reports and analytics to support data-driven decision-making. Marketing Support: Assisting with digital and event-based Marketing activities from time to time. You will have the below character traits: Organised: The business is on an aggressive upward trajectory, and efficiency is crucial for sales and administrative success. Confident: You will be required to interact with clients and support the sales team in various aspects. Self-Starter: While training and support will be provided, you will need to proactively contribute to sales efforts although this is not a sales role. Reliable: With a small team, it is essential that you meet sales-related commitments. Curious: Display a desire to understand sales processes and continuously improve them. As a self-motivated individual with a desire to learn and grow in the sales domain, you will have a clear pathway to roles such as Account Management and Sales Strategy, and you will receive the necessary support to take on these responsibilities if you express interest and demonstrate capability.
