Mid level or higher experience with backend technologies Responsibilities Lead the architecture, development, and deployment of frontend solutions using technologies like React.js, Next.js, Redux.js, and CSS compiler languages such as SCSS. Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to translate designs into seamless user interfaces. Ensure responsiveness and optimal performance across various devices and browsers. Work closely with backend engineers to ensure seamless integration and functionality. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior frontend developers, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and designers, to ensure alignment with overall product vision. Implement frontend testing frameworks to ensure the reliability and stability of the platform. Continuously monitor website performance, making optimisations as necessary to ensure fast load times and smooth interactions. Maintain comprehensive documentation of frontend code and design systems. Uphold and advocate for best practices in frontend development, ensuring code quality and maintainability.
