Seeking an experienced IT end user engineer to maintain SOE and MDM particularly Intune and Autopilot. Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT Support/Desktop Support. Experience in maintaining an organization’s SOE and MDM, with specific expertise in Intune or SCCM. Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, or relevant certifications. Proficient in using an enterprise ticketing system and maintaining Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Experience with OS deployment, image creation, and software packaging. Familiarity with endpoint management tools. Knowledge of a wide range of hardware and software, with the ability to adapt to changing technology and priorities.
