As a Systems and Network Engineer, you will support physical and virtual hardware, software, mobile device management infrastructure, and business resilience programs, contributing to various business improvement initiatives. Responsibilities: Manage a hybrid cloud environment, specifically Microsoft Azure. Configure and implement network switches, routers, firewalls, data communications (SDWAN), Microsoft Teams Rooms Systems, and VoIP Systems. Manage and support software infrastructure such as Microsoft Active Directory (On Prem and Azure AD), network services (DFS, DNS, DHCP, etc.), Exchange Server (On Prem and 365), Microsoft System Center, and Microsoft SharePoint (On Prem and 365). Oversee Backup and Recovery (On-Prem and Cloud), Vulnerability Detection, Patch Management, and Endpoint Management. Contribute to various business improvement initiatives including SDWAN (data communications) upgrades, Exchange Online implementations, In-tune implementations, VPN upgrades, OneDrive for Business implementations, Mobile device refresh, Infrastructure consolidation, and SOE refresh. Requirements: 6 years of relevant contemporary experience in similar positions. Profound knowledge and demonstrable experience in Microsoft Azure, Hyper-V, Windows Server, Exchange Server, Microsoft System Center, Skype for Business, and Office 365; including High Availability Hyper-V clusters, storage area networks, backup infrastructure (ideally Veeam), monitoring, and alerting tools. Excellent experience in Firewall infrastructure and services; and proficiency in VPN, MFA, and PowerShell. Strong project management, time management, and problem-solving skills. Ability to establish and maintain robust relationships across the business. Capable of working independently and within a team environment.
