Based in our Fulfilment Centre in Moorebank (NSW) as an End User Support Engineer, your main responsibility is to provide all aspects of End User Services to Catch team members. You will be the first point of contact for team member queries and technical issues, as well as provide hands-on support for any physical issues or requests within Fulfilment Centre Role Highlights: Manage and maintain IT systems, including operating systems, security tools, applications, servers, email systems, laptops, desktops, software, and hardware. Assist in the management and maintenance of all Workplace IT Systems & Networking Infrastructure. Maintain and update warehouse technologies, inc handheld scanners, printers, ordering systems Ensure high availability and acceptable levels of performance of business-critical resources. Oversee cloud infrastructure, including network design, deployment, maintenance, and updates. Perform server administration tasks, including user/group administration, security permissions, group policies, print services, research event log warnings and errors, and resource monitoring. Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain server configurations (hardware and software) to ensure their confidentiality, integrity, and availability is maintained. Take ownership of projects, solutions, and key responsibilities within larger business initiatives. Adhere to agreed Service Level Agreements (SLA’s), ITSM Processes and project task allocations for completing assigned work. Contribute to maintaining and supporting organisational standards, documentation and policies in support of business needs. What you’ll bring to the table? A bachelor’s qualification in an Information Technology related discipline or equivalent experience. At least 3 to 5 years work experience Nice to Have. · Azure \ Certifications (AZ900, AZ104, AZ300) Work experience: · 3 years’ experience working in a Level 2 Support or Systems/Network/Cloud Administrator role. · Exposure to Warehouse systems and environment.
