PLI (Powerlift Industries) is a Karratha, Pilbara based leading service provider in the Mining and Resource industries, an expanding business. We require an experienced Crane Operators FIFO ex Perth to join us on various Rio Tinto sites in the Pilbara region on rolling shutdown schedules on a casual basis. Our Valued Clients: We have ongoing requirements to service our clients’ requests for ad hoc backfill and shutdowns across the Pilbara. ABOUT YOU: Minimum of 3 years experience Excellent attitude to safety Flexible attitude to work within all our crews and to assist with other duties outside your scope Able to Work Autonomously as well in a team Able to follow instructions and show initiative Safety and process-focused, and willing to input and continually improve the process REQUIREMENTS: Proof of right to work in Australia (mandatory) Current Australian drivers licence (mandatory) Open crane ticket (mandatory) Intermediate or advanced rigging (mandatory) Working at Heights (mandatory) Rio Tinto inducted (mandatory) First Aid (mandatory) MSIC (desired) Previous work at Rio Tinto sites (mandatory) Successful applicant is required to pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol testing WHATS ON OFFER: Ongoing casual work available Highly competitive causal pay rate (Dayshift $67.28 per hour (flat rate), Nightshift $77.63 per hour (flat rate) Super on all hours.
