The Opportunity They are looking for a National Sales and Key Account Lead, ANZ to manage a team of Sales Managers and Key Account Managers within the Animal Health space. You will be responsible for developing and implementing the Sales and Key Account strategy to achieve revenue targets and foster growth. Leading and motivating the National Sales and Key Account Team across ANZ, cultivating a culture of high performance and accountability. Coordinating a unified strategic direction with other Commercial functions, including Marketing & Technical Services. Ensuring effective management of the existing and expanding Customer base, requiring close coordination between Customers, End Users, Sales, Marketing, Technical Services, and other internal and external stakeholders. Experience and Skills Minimum 6-8 years relevant Sales Management experience (People Leadership, Sales Accountability, Sales Process, Key Account Management). Relevant Tertiary Qualifications (Life Science and/or Business qualification ideal). Experienced in building and maintaining high performance Teams & leading change. Strategic ability to implement sound commercial practices to achieve business outcomes. Broad commercial experience and proven ability to establish strong influential relationships with key stakeholders. Demonstrated capability to collaborate in a cross-functional environment.
