Realise your potential at yourtown your opportunity Based at Milton and working with the People and Culture team, this role has responsibility for supporting the efficient operation, maintenance, and support of yourtown’s HR information systems and software. As the HR Systems Administrator , you will work collaboratively with the People and Culture and IDT teams to ensure HR data and processes are accurately and securely managed and system functionality is optimised. Your role will include: • Administer, maintain, and enhance HR information systems and software to ensure optimal performance and functionality. • Implement measures to guarantee data accuracy, integrity, and system security, adhering to industry best practices and regulatory standards. • Resolve system issues promptly and provide technical support to end users, leveraging expertise to minimise disruptions and maximise productivity. • Develop and maintain automated workflows to streamline HR processes, driving efficiency and consistency across yourtown . • Deliver comprehensive training and support to system users, empowering them to effectively navigate and utilise HR technology tools. These systems include PageUp, Preceda, and Litmos among others. what we are looking for At yourtown , we believe positivity is powerful and the enabler of great things. In addition, you will also bring: • Passion, commitment, and belief in young people. • Bachelor degree in HR management, information technology or related field. • 3 years of hands-on experience with HRIS systems, coupled with a proven track record in HR systems administration. You have strong knowledge and expertise in navigating complex HR technology landscapes. • Comprehensive understanding of HR processes, adept data management skills, and a meticulous commitment to compliance. • Attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information. • Previous experience with platforms such as PageUp, Preceda, Litmos, and Azure Ad is highly valued, showcasing adaptability and proficiency in a diverse range of HR technology tools.
