This role is critical in execution of the overall sales strategy for Koko Black's Corporate Wholesale team and is an exciting opportunity to make a strong impact in the business. It is an exciting blend of both account management and new business development and requires both the creativity and commercial mindset to amplify the brand, deliver ambitious revenue goals and delight customers. How you will make a powerful impact in this role Driving growth: You will explore, market and pitch new sales opportunities and experiences to key business players based on the strategy, key customer needs, seasonal peaks and consumer trends. You will think creatively to broaden the scope of wholesale customers. Not all new ideas come to fruition, but you are determined and driven to find those that do. You will gain a strong understanding of our product and key customers, exploring and pitching new market opportunities. Your strong commercial acumen means you negotiate deals, product offers and discounts to still deliver healthy margins. Building strong relationships: You will build strong relationships with current and potential wholesale partners, leading with authenticity and trust, while still using your well-honed abilities to pitch, sell and build rapport with influence, credibility and confidence. Holding strong functional relationships with the broader Corporate Wholesale team and Marketing and Design teams will be key to success. Harnessing insights and reporting: Market insights and data will be tools you readily use, and you bring back valuable information to share with the broader team. Commentary for regular reporting and seasonal ranges will be thoughtful and give a strong understanding to our internal audience about key wins and opportunities for future.
