The Customer Administration Services (CAS) Manager for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for coordinating operations, inclusive of processing customer orders through to manufacturing, logistics & distribution to ensure that business requirements are met within compliance. This key position within the Leadership Team is also responsible for ensuring that the operation runs optimally and also holds responsibility for all facilities within the ANZ Region. This position is part of the Beckman Coulter ANZ Leadership Team and is located in New South Wales, Sydney - Onsite. As part of the Leadership Team, you will report to the Managing Director and be responsible for the day-to-day operations of Beckman Coulter across ANZ inclusive of Customer Administration, Manufacturing, Logistics & Distribution and Facilities Management. In this role, you will have a direct and significant impact on the success of the entire organisation managing the customer experience from Order Placement through to Delivery. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: - Ensure all operations within the CAS team are carried out appropriately and cost-effectively with exceptional customer experience central to all activities. - Improve systems, support automation of processes and ensure best practices to deliver high standards of service delivery - Manage budgets and forecasts for Beckman Coulter ANZ operations and facilities - Take ownership of Team Engagement and influence great outcomes through inspirational leadership for direct and indirect teams - Formulate and implement strategic vision in line with organisational goals The essential requirements of the job include: - Minimum 3 years of operational leadership and management experience working in medical devices, pharma, or related industries - Tertiary Qualifications in Medical Technology, Business Management, Supply Chain Management or Process Engineering - Demonstrated experience in business process improvement and project management across diverse and cross-functional teams - Excellent communication skills and demonstrated knowledge with experience in maintaining operations within compliance with relevant standards and with adherence to Quality Management System in a matrix-style environment - Management of external suppliers and assurance of compliance with relevant standards It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: - Automation of processes utilising AI tools and Power BI - Lean Six Sigma to drive continuous improvement - Change Management expertise When you join us, you'll also be joining Danaher's global organization, where 80,000 people wake up every day determined to help our customers win.
