Rewards & Benefits Generous salary package Salary packaging RDO once a month and additional leave (5 weeks leave per year) 15% Superannuation Office flexibility Personal development allowance Unlimited access to EAP services About the role: As the Operations and Project Administrator, you will be responsible supporting the effective operations and delivery of the MATES program and initiatives, through developing and administering program policies, procedures, and resources, as well as day-to-day project planning and support activities. A key part of the role will include review, analysis and reporting of performance indicators and program outcomes, project management, maintaining stakeholder and service provider relationships, developing program resources, and capacity building staff to ensure consistent program outcomes across the organisation. Your skills and attributes: 3-4 years of experience in community programs, program administration, business or operations support role. Relevant tertiary or other suitable training and qualifications in program, business, project/change management, or a related field. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in Excel for data analysis, Word for reporting and documentation. Exceptional verbal, written communication, with strong report writing skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving ability. Willingness to complete and pass a police check. Responsibilities: Conduct regular analysis and reporting and present clear and accurate findings to management. In consultation with Line Manager, Team Leaders and Operational Managers, ensure effective tools, resources, and mechanisms are in place to successfully support the MATES program and teams. Develop and administer MATES program policies and procedures. Work with researchers and other key stakeholders to develop and enhance program monitoring and evaluation processes and procedures, including pilot programs and new initiatives. Assist with the identification and recommendation of process improvements to enhance overall program and team effectiveness, cost efficiencies and organisational safety and professional standards. Implement effective service provider oversight, including facilitating resolution of issues, and ensuring service delivery contracts are fulfilled.
