Come work with us We have an exciting opportunity in the Health Support Applications team for a Project and Administrative Support Officer. Reporting into the Applications Manager – Justin Corcoran you will be part of the team responsible for providing a broad range of administrative services and leverages extensive business unit knowledge to support the unit's program of work and facilitate the delivery of business operations. Working closely with the Rostering, Ambulance, Food & Linen Product teams. What you will do As an integral member of the Health Support Applications team, you will: Provide project and operational support, including monitoring and reporting on project plans, milestones, and deliverables, to ensure time, cost and quality indicators are in line with approved project plans. Organise, create, and distribute minutes for Senior Governance Meetings. Provide a range of administrative and support services to meet the business needs of the team/unit, including but not limited to coordination of the onboarding process, organising system access, travel bookings and reviewing and editing of release notes.
