You will be responsible for increasing the capability and effectiveness of our Sales teams and delivering improved customer and commercial outcomes by creating and building engaging training programs and content and hands on coaching to drive sales excellence improvement in real time. Share expertise to create and manage sales training materials, including presentations, role-playing exercises, and product rollouts and upskilling. Collaborate and connect with the ACIL leadership team to identify, design, and develop and deliver a high-quality sales training. Develop and support solutions that deliver In field coaching of sales people to drive sales excellence improvements in real time. Develop and support solutions to analyse product and service penetration challenges and develop training material which supports customer objection handling, to improve commercial outcomes. Collaborate and share expertise to manage and implement learning and development models, frameworks, systems, and processes. Develop and support solutions to Project manage the implementation of a range of learning and development interventions Qualifications What are we looking for? Demonstrated inclusive and interpersonal attributes that connect you to our behaviours (we change the game, we own it, we step in, we are curious, we don't take ourselves too seriously). Demonstrate understanding and expertise in a sales training and development role in digital sales or similar or proven experience as a Key Account Manager or similar role in digital sales/similar. Expertise to design and build training materials and using training tools and platforms. Motivation to adapt training methods to different learning styles and audiences Strong organizational, communication, facilitation skills and attention to detail.
