For further information on DLGSC, visit our website . About the role We are seeking a motivated and experienced person to fill the position of Systems Administrator Rostering. We have one permanent, full time (75hrs p/f) position available. The System Administrator Rostering is a new role responsible for administration and maintenance of the DLGSC Humanforce Rostering System to support the effective management of rostered workforce operations. In this role you will develop, enhance and improve the system to meet the changing needs of the organisation, and to maintain alignment with core HRMS (aPay, ePayroll) and the Payroll Technology Plan. Ideal candidates will bring expertise in payroll systems administration, configuration, and integration, along with a solid understanding of rostered workforce management, demonstrating the ability to administer diverse operations, uphold system change protocols, and maintain effective relationships to achieve desired outcomes.
