Share expertise to create and manage sales training materials, including presentations, role-playing exercises, and product rollouts and upskilling. Collaborate and connect with the ACIL leadership team to identify, design, and develop and deliver a high-quality sales training. Develop and support solutions that deliver In field coaching of sales people to drive sales excellence improvements in real time. Develop and support solutions to analyse product and service penetration challenges and develop training material which supports customer objection handling, to improve commercial outcomes. Collaborate and share expertise to manage and implement learning and development models, frameworks, systems, and processes. Develop and support solutions to Project manage the implementation of a range of learning and development interventions
