What your work will involve The People & Learning Administrator, internally known as the People Administration Assistant, is responsible for providing a high level of customer service in answering first level general enquiries from employees. The position also assists the wider People team by providing confidential administrative and operational support to enable effective HR processes such as onboarding, compliance and reward and recognition. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to HR projects. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on HR experience. The role allows you to become an integral part of a team that values your contributions and offers room for growth.
