Due to expansion they are looking for BD Manager in NSW/VIC/OLD. The BD Manager oversees the revenue and profitability of their designated region by interacting with customers, suggesting sales initiatives, and establishing both short and long-term sales plans. The BD Managers, ensuring customer satisfaction and market growth within the state. The main focus of the role is to assess and apply effective sales methods to boost sales in the state. Key Duties and Responsibilities Meet state revenue and profitability targets while laying the groundwork for future sales growth. Sell and mentor others in selling value-driven solutions to customers. Prioritize tasks in line with Sales and Revenue KPIs. Manage the state's forecasting and sales tracking. Analyze market trends, gather competitive intel, and identify factors impacting current and future state sales growth and profitability. Develop and implement new sales strategies to target key opportunities. Establish state-specific sales plans aligned with KPIs. Compile and present reports on state sales performance. Requirements Minimum 2 years of prior B2C/B2B sales experience. Demonstrated history of consistently achieving company performance goals. Proficiency in interpreting and creating reports, financial statements, and market analyses. Willingness to travel regularly. Strong determination to meet sales objectives.
