You will play a crucial part in fostering seamless communication between internal and external stakeholders, including Hospital and Health Services, Queensland Ambulance Service, and various divisions within the Department of Health. Your responsibilities also include orchestrating meetings, ensuring logistical arrangements, and managing confidential minute recording and distribution. Furthermore, you will be responsible for thorough research and preparation, generating reports, responses to inquiries, agendas, briefings, and other documentation as required. Your ability to work independently is essential; you will autonomously manage tasks, ensuring both quality and quantity meet our specified timeframes. Additionally, you will maintain databases, registers, and processes, enhancing our organizational effectiveness in managing the Reform Office efficiently. The successful person The ideal candidate should possess substantial administrative expertise, particularly in supporting intricate programs or projects. Collaborative teamwork is a must in our diverse environment, where you'll cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders from various disciplines. Your background should encompass a complex health portfolio, program, or project setting, showcasing your proficiency in both verbal and written communication, especially in documentation and record-keeping. Your skills should extend to efficiently organizing and managing multiple tasks, aligning them with established priorities, timelines, and accountabilities.
