To drive the growth plan and expansion of the Igloo brand, we are looking for a highly capable National Sales Manager who is looking for a role where you can truly have impact, autonomy and a great time in a highly successful global consumer business. The role Manage the strategic channel development of customers specific to the Igloo brand proposition, cultivating new retailer partnerships and also leveraging existing business gained through the broader Mobile Cooling division. Lead on all retail partnership commercial business planning including terms, launch and promotional activity to support the success of the range in market Work in a highly effective cross functional role to create and execute a successful got to market strategy across a diverse customer portfolio Effectively partner with the stakeholders of the business including the Igloo head office and the divisional leads of the Dometic team for the attainment of overall organisational goals Collaborate with internal teams around on resource and capability specific to the Igloo brand in terms of Dometic team support to ensure successful delivery to market. Experience and profile B2C experience in a wholesale business with a consumer product selling into the mass merchant and speciality retail channel Independent and autonomous capability to manage customer development and commercial negotiation Leadership capability and experience with the ability to identify required resource and effectively integrate this into the business structure and success Candidates may come from a variety of backgrounds including lifestyle consumer products, sporting goods, apparel, home entertainment, toys Experience working within a B2B environment beneficial yet not essential Not only will this role deliver in the short term with exciting growth and exposure to a highly successful global business, it secures a space in the broader Dometic business with a focus on talent engagement and opportunity.
