About the Role As a Trade Sales Person, you'll be at the forefront of customer interactions, ensuring a warm welcome and providing the expertise that sets our client's store's apart. Your responsibilities will include: Greeting customers as they enter the showroom. Providing accurate and timely quotations. Efficiently processing sales transactions. Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction. Fulfilling customer orders with precision. Continuously expanding your product knowledge for professional development. Collaborating in managing stock levels and offering insights on meeting customer demands. We're looking for individuals with: Customer service and sales experience OR hands on trade experience Good presentation and communication skills. A genuine interest in transitioning into the hardware industry. A team-oriented mindset, dedicated to benefiting both the business and the customer.
