Rate: $38.71 per hour Location: Newcastle or Parramatta - 5 days in office Hours: 35 hours per week – 9:00am to 5:00pm About the role: The roles within the Estate Management division provides a range of administrative tasks, including managing the allocation of emails for shared inboxes, updating contact details for customers, service providers and stakeholders, to support the delivery of quality financial management services for the division. About you : You have the demonstrated ability to undertake a range of administrative support services relating to the work of the team, including word processing, data entry, responsible for managing a large inbox, allocating and preparing correspondence, maintaining electronic and file records and general support to the management of the team. You understand the key services provided by the Division. You have experience in supporting the promotion of service offerings that improve commercial viability. You have experience and are self-driven to provide excellent customer service in a human services environment. You have experience in and ability to learn new applications and processes.
