The Role: Monday - Friday, 8am - 8pm rotating roster Permanent Full Time positions February 13th Start Date Hybrid Working - minimum 2 days in the office per month $59,000 super starting salary commission Melbourne CBD Office What you will do: Provide Health Insurance solutions to new customers via inbound, outbound calls and emails, to creating the long- term retention of customers; Achieve personal targets and contribute to team’s target through provision of Health Insurance solutions to targeted customers; Educate customers on the breadth and relevance of our clients Health Insurance products and services based on their needs; Maintain appropriate customer contact and records in accordance with the company guidelines and procedures; Liaise with relevant team to ensure a seamless customer experience is delivered to customers; What you need: Previous experience in a service and outcomes driven environment or customer facing environment such as retail, hospitality and contact centre; Previous experience in Health Insurance is advantageous; Possess strong verbal and written communication skills; Drive and motivation to be successful in a sales based environment; Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples are encouraged to apply.
