Great opportunity with our client for a Senior Salesforce Administrator to come in and own all technical aspects of the internal applications The Role: Great opportunity with our client for a Senior Salesforce Administrator to come in and own all technical aspects of applications and interfaces including; Salesforce, Cornerstone, Netsuite and Noggin. The role will be responsible for maintaining and optimising all Applications, including salesforce platforms, and managing integrations between them. Ensure a stable suite of SaaS applications that are reliable, secure, and cost effective. The Responsibilities: Own all technical aspects of the Applications and interfaces, including Salesforce (Client Management, Rostering, Payroll), Cornerstone (HR), Netsuite (Finance) and Noggin (Incidents & WHS). Collaborate with internal stakeholders to offer solutions to business needs and drive adoption of Salesforce and industry best practices. Manage user set-ups, profiles, permissions, roles, creating/configuring custom objects and fields, record types, page layouts, validation rules, and approval processes. Design and maintain fields, views, reports, dashboards, campaigns. Establish and be accountable for monitoring all application updates, including patches and upgrades, ensuring currency of versioning as approved by the business. Maintain security including sharing rules and security levels. The Requirements: 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator managing a Sales Cloud environment. Excellent technical skills in Salesforce administration, as well as outstanding customer service and communication skills. Certified Salesforce Administrator, Advanced Salesforce Administrator and Platform Developer 1 Certifications highly desirable. Experience with either Lumary, Skedulo, 2CloudNine and Pardot desirable Experience with either Netsuite, Cornerstone and Noggin desirable
