Join our client as an Inside Sales Representative at one of our convenient locations in Brookvale, Blacktown, or Dural Your role will focus on generating revenue through order solicitation, providing technical information, and fostering customer relationships. Responsibilities: Proactively engage with existing accounts to enhance relationships and ensure customer satisfaction. Answer phones, confirm quotes, and upsell/cross-sell higher-end products through telemarketing. Accurately process quotes and orders, updating the system accordingly. Inform customers of alternative products, special offers, and changes to orders. Support outbound sales teams in servicing customer needs. Requirements: People-oriented with at least 1 year of call center or administration experience. Strong attention to detail and administrative skills. Quick learner in a fast-paced environment.
