Uniting, a leading not-for-profit organisation, is seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to fill the role of Client Administration Manager. As a vital part of our team, you will lead the Client Administration team, ensuring the smooth operation of crucial administrative processes. Responsibilities: As the Client Administration Manager, your role will encompass the following key responsibilities: Effectively lead the Client Administration team Represent the Client Administration Team in projects and strategic initiatives. Ensure regulatory compliance with disclosure, contracts, pricing, and refunds of residential bonds/RADs. Provide reporting to business units as required. Conduct regular client case reviews and data housekeeping. Ensure effective conduct of client-facing discussions and correspondence related to debtor management and issuance of Client residency agreements. Collaborate with service streams to ensure accurate recording of all client movements in systems. Act as a Subject Matter Expert for all process and system-related issues impacting the team. Foster coordination and collaboration across the organisation, supporting other Uniting functions and teams. Travel between Uniting sites is required on a planned basis. Skills and Experience: 6 or more years of experience managing a large team in a complex, high-volume, constantly evolving environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Passion for social change and contributing to an organisation of influence for the most disadvantaged. Exceptional team player with outstanding attention to detail. Proven project management and multitasking abilities. Strong relationship management and influencing skills.
