Our team shares a common passion for making a positive impact and giving back to society. We are currently looking for a Permanent Part Time Payroll Administrator / Payroll Officer to join our team. With potential for the right candidate to work from home and a flexibility on work hours (within standard business hours), this role would be ideal for a parent seeking school hours employment or a semi-retired candidate Purpose To support the People & Culture Manager taking a crucial role in fortnightly payroll processing. As a key point of contact for Payroll, you will provide hands-on support to our workforce, assisting with payroll, salary packaging and other contracted benefits. Your key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Management of end-to-end fortnightly payroll processing Process ad hoc pay runs as required Provide sound advice and liaise with all employees and managers regarding payroll processes, including approval workflows Maintain accurate and up-to-date employment records in the system Balance and reconcile fortnightly payroll output Generation of financial payroll reports Personal Attributes Confident working with numbers Analytical and process-driven Maintains appropriate levels of confidentiality Ability to manage time according to workload deadlines Strong Customer Service focus Required Experience Experience in processing internal payroll for salaried employees across multiple locations Experience in working in a flexible, multi-skilled team environment with advanced interpersonal, communications, and customer service skills Customer service experience Desirable Qualification/Experience Certificate III in Business or Financial Services Joining Our Incredible Team Join our award-winning team at CoAct - a highly successful, for-purpose organisation that has been recognised as an employer of choice and named Employer of the Year in 2019 and 2021.
