We are looking for an inspiring leader to fulfil the role as Regional Sales Manager to manage a team of sales reps across VIC/TAS/SA/WA Our Client This global pharmaceutical company develops and promotes a range of pharmaceuticals in Australia and in international markets. Their products are highly reputable and well established and this company also has a strong product pipeline. They are experiencing incredible success and growth and are one of the leading pharmaceutical organisations in the world. The Opportunity They are looking for a Regional Sales Manager managing a team of 5 Territory Managers across the Southern region which includes VIC/TAS/SA/WA. You will be responsible to lead, motivate, and develop the regional sales team to ensure the achievement of set targets and objectives. Implement and execute strategies developed at the national business unit level to drive growth within your portfolio. Reporting to the National Sales & Key Accounts Lead ANZ you will work together in alignment on regional initiatives with broader organisational goals. Work collaboratively with other departments such as marketing, product development, and customer support to ensure a holistic approach to business growth. Experience and Skills Minimum 5 years relevant Sales Leadership experience. Good management skills including leadership, time management, objective setting and budget preparation. Highly developed skills in negotiating, influencing, leadership and staff motivation. Experienced in building and maintaining high performance Teams & leading change. Excellent written and oral communication skills including audio visual presentations. Demonstrated capability to collaborate in a cross-functional environment.
