We are recruiting for a German speaking Customer Service Advisors to join our team The Hours: Full time, 40 hours per week Working shifts between 8am-8pm, Monday to Saturday Shift rota's will be provided one month in advance of. Location: London (E14) This is a hybrid position, split between the office and work from home. The Role: Within this role of a Customer Service Advisor you will be responsible for delivering first class customer service via inbound customer service calls, emails and live chat queries. We are looking for a multilingual individual who can speak both German and English.
