You'll play a central role in ensuring clients and customers receive exceptional support through your diligent sales administration. This role is pivotal for delivering top-notch service and will evolve into a position where you independently manage your portfolio of valued clients. The Responsibilities Managing incoming and outgoing calls and email correspondence with clients, customers, and brokers. Providing prompt and accurate responses to client and insurer inquiries. Meticulously documenting all call interactions and ensuring that follow-up actions are directed to the right recipients. Conducting daily follow-ups on documentation from clients and insurers. Supporting a senior broker with high net worth clients Handling invoice reconciliation. Assisting with ad-hoc administrative tasks. About You 1 years in a similar role, ideally within the insurance or sales space. Demonstrates professionalism, excellent communication skills a proactive nature. Problem-solving skills to adeptly handle client inquiries. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
