The Responsibilities Managing incoming and outgoing calls and email correspondence with clients, customers, and brokers. Providing prompt and accurate responses to client and insurer inquiries. Meticulously documenting all call interactions and ensuring that follow-up actions are directed to the right recipients. Conducting daily follow-ups on documentation from clients and insurers. Supporting a senior broker with high net worth clients Handling invoice reconciliation. Assisting with ad-hoc administrative tasks. About You 1 years in a similar role, ideally within the insurance or sales space. Demonstrates professionalism, excellent communication skills a proactive nature.
