Key Responsibilities Lead the BIM Group, ensuring that BIM projects are delivered to a high-quality design and technical standard. Lead the digital transformation strategy, providing strategic advice, innovation and support to the practice. Collaborate with IT management team, providing strategic advice, support and lead internal communication. Skills andExperience Expertise in providing strategic advice and overseeing the implementation of new technologies in computational design, BIM visualization, virtual reality, and artificial intelligence. Proficiency in leading the BIM group, including Coordinators and consultants, by distributing workloads and prioritizing tasks. Demonstrated capability in assisting project teams to troubleshoot, problem-solve, and verify project outputs. Track record of developing and leading innovations to enhance working efficiencies. Skill in providing leadership across the practice concerning the implementation and usage of BIM. High-level proficiency in offering strategic advice and support for IT procurement required for design platforms. Ability to work closely with the technicaldesigndirectors in thedevelopment of documentation systems and develop efficienciesand innovations. Must be exceptional in Revit, Grasshopper and Rhino.
