Your opportunity Due to demand and market growth, we have a new entry Level opportunity for an Inside Sales Representative to join our Ultrasound team based in North Ryde. As the Inside Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by supporting the Australian Ultrasound Sales Team and National Sales Manager across a variety of accounts. You will be responsible for promoting our brand, products, and services, liaising with internal and external stakeholders and delivering business targets. Reporting to the National Sales Manager and working with a highly experienced team of Account Managers, all with a shared goal of delivering top quality service to customers you will support with quotations, customer engagement and overall customer operations. Your key main responsibility will be: Client Engagement - Build and nurture relationships with potential clients to understand their business needs as well as conduct remote product training, demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value proposition of our offerings. Client Analytics - Review sales data to understand Account Performance gaps and opportunities Quotation and Pricing Support - Support Account Managers with customer sales requests; management through the Customer Relationship Management database and making proactive outbound customer calls. Customer Outreach - Identifying and qualify potential leads through proactive outbound prospecting and research, and cold calling to support and achieve sales targets. Sales Collaboration - Collaborate with the sales team to share market insights, feedback, and best practices as well as work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with overall marketing initiatives. Support the National Sales Manager across various accounts and operations. You're the right fit if: Ideally, you are a recent Graduate who is aspiring for a Sales/Account Management care with a genuine interest in Innovation, Healthcare, and sales. You are achievement-oriented with a strong desire to succeed and motivated by continuous learning opportunities. A real team player who enjoys collaboration and developing long lasting and trusted partnerships Demonstrated integrity and commitment to customer service with strong professional communication skills to deliver the best experience possible. You are IT savvy with experience with Microsoft products, any experience in CRM systems is highly regarded. Able to take proactive ownership of problems through to completion as well as manage complex information and data analysis. Able to work under pressure, with attention to detail and driven to meet deadlines and targets.
