In this role you will play a crucial role providing the highest quality customer service whilst out of the road picking up and swapping over products adhearing to safety and a daily run sheet. This position requires a keen attention to detail, the ability to work efficiently and autonomously and be able to deliver high quality customer service to all sites/customers you visit. Responsibilities include but not limited to: Arrive punctually and dressed in company uniform at the rostered start time for your and clock-in Check client allocation (routing) for the day's run and assigned truck Complete conscientious circle-check of assigned vehicle, using the circle checklist form Correct any minor items detected on the circle check and report more serious items to the Operations Supervisor Obtain all necessary documentation for the day's operations, these include: Job/Day Driver report, Handheld device, keys for consoles & bins Leave the yard a maximum of 20 minutes from clock in start time Essential Experience & Skills: All Drivers MUST HAVE a valid driver's license (MR) for both manual & auto Previous Customer Service Driving roles would be advantageous but not essential Positive attitude Good interpersonal and communication skills Conscientious with good attention to detail Good work ethic Flexible Self-motivated Good time management skills Reputable and trustworthy Ability to read and understand client information sheets If you are looking at a fresh start to 2024 and this sounds like you please apply now or for more details please email fabian.dipietrantonioprogrammed.com.au
