Set on leafy acreage that was formerly farmland, it offers a relaxed and tranquil homestead feel. The Role: We are offering casual opportunities for Personal Care Workers or Support Workers to join our Groundwater Lodge facility based in Maryborough, QLD. Groundwater Lodge has 60 beds. What You Will Do: As a Personal Care Worker at Groundwater Lodge, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive resident experience. Your responsibilities include providing personalized care, completing thorough documentation, fostering a collaborative team approach, and delivering safe, high-quality care in line with Aged Care Quality Standards. Who You Are: Hold a minimum Cert III in Aged Care or equivalent (or enrolled in the same). Bring experience in providing daily care and activities to clients. Currently hold and maintain an NDIS Worker Clearance (or willing to obtain). Please note - Covid Vaccinations are NO longer a requirement Demonstrate a passion for delivering a person-centered approach to care. Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must.
