We are looking for a passionate, solution-oriented and experienced Account Manager (AM) who has experience within the financial information market to be responsible for multiple accounts and prospects within given territories. Reporting directly to the Regional Sales Director, Oceania Region, this role is to oversee a portfolio of clients, develop business from existing clients, actively seek new sales opportunities, establish and implement strategic plans to grow the territories, and co-ordinate with internal teams to deliver on our business target and ambition. The incumbent of this role will: Set up and engage strategic meetings with clients and potential customers, identifying new sales opportunities Leverage cross-functional internal teams, developing strategic plans to approach new potential customers Actively follow up on leads and provide superior customer service with excellent problem solving and sales skills to grow existing business Produce weekly pipeline reports, maintaining up-to-date client records Person Specification 1 to 3 years of experience with business development, sales or account management from a financial information vendor Degree educated (or equivalent) within a Finance, Business, Commerce or Economics discipline.
