The City of West Torrens Customer Contact team are looking to engage casuals in the role of Customer Contact Officer, where you will be the first point of contact for our customers-, providing high quality customer service to employees, councillors, ratepayers and community members. Casual Level 3 role Salary $47.16 - $50.96 per hour, plus superannuation Based at Hilton, SA Car parking on site What you'll do As the Customer Contact Officer, you will provide support to the community by responding to enquiries face to face, via phone and email and will be committed to providing an excellent customer experience to internal and external customers. At the same time, you will work alongside a diverse range of passionate, supportive and engaging individuals. You will be able to think on your feet, be able to adapt to customers enquiries, provide a high-level professional service by delivering accurate information to internal and external customers, have excellent communication skills with a strong customer service focus and a professional work ethic.
