Key to this role will also be the availability to work a rotating roster Responsibilities of this job may include: Receptionist and Administrative tasks Processing patient excesses and cash handling Liaison with Health Funds regarding patients’ insurance cover Processing of confidential Patient Data Processing patient Informed Financial Consents and Estimates About You To succeed in this role, you will be an enthusiastic individual with a strong administrative skillset and a passion for customer service and enjoys being part of a busy environment. You will also bring: Demonstrated ability to deal courteously with people by telephone and in person; Basic computer skills and general clerical experience; Strong customer service and communication skills Demonstrated ability to function calmly under pressure; Ability to work in a team orientated environment; Understanding of and commitment to principles of confidentiality Exceptional attention to detail Remuneration On offer is an hourly rate and Superannuation based on experience.
