We are currently seeking a high performing Brewery Administrator to support our Brewery Leadership Team based out of our iconic James Boags Brewery in Launceston. In this role you will be responsible for overseeing various administrative functions, ensuring efficient communication within the site, and supporting the leadership team in day-to-day activities. Key responsibilities included in this role are: • Office Management- From handling deliveries and distribution of mail onsite to maintaining office supplies you will provide a well organised working environment. • Diary Management- Prioritise appointments and ensure meetings, deadlines, presentations and other duties of the brewery senior leadership team are carried out seamlessly, sometimes across different time zones. • Meeting Management- Organisation of meeting space and availability, room set up, AV requirements and room re-set, catering requirements along with drafting agendas, pre read papers and distributing these accordingly. • Event Management- Planning and execution of functions/conferences/offsites throughout the year, including sourcing venues and organisation of catering requirements and supplies. • Communications- Creation of emails as required for comms re team and site conferences and notifications, Lion Social events, ad hoc office maintenance items. To succeed in this role, you will bring: • Proven experience in an administrative or office management role would set you up for success. • Your ability to create and thrive in a trusting environment. • Ability to manage conflicting priorities, deadlines, and multi-tasking, with empathy and kindness. • A high degree of discretion, confidentiality, and business acumen. • Ability to deal with ambiguity and demonstrate flexibility/adaptability. • Strong learning agility and capability to pick up new systems quickly. • Proactive approach and ability to think differently and challenge the norm. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite is required and experience working with SAP would be desirable.
