This fabulous opportunity will see you creating and delivering compelling content across various channels to our expansive retail network. As a vital member of our close-knit creative team, you'll collaborate with the business to instigate and implement transformative changes, fostering growth for the organisation. As the linchpin of our team, your responsibilities will encompass: Creating and delivering internal training programs to new and current employees Evaluating, enhancing, and modernising existing training programs Crafting and delivering precise, current learning materials and presentations. Building capability of retail leaders through coaching, training, and resources. Producing high-quality, interactive digital content About you To succeed in this role, you'll be a seasoned relationship builder with an innate ability to comprehend the distinctive needs of diverse audiences. Your adept listening skills enable you to draw out valuable insights, fostering open communication across various levels and functions. Thriving in dynamic, fast-paced environments, you bring to the table: Robust experience in the financial services or retail training landscape In-depth knowledge of retail processes Exceptional computer skills, with a troubleshooting mindset Proficiency in facilitating groups through various training methods to achieve competency outcomes. Competence in the use of LivePro and Articulate 360 suite.
