Continuing, full-time opportunity available immediately. Working under general direction, the Infrastructure Customer Service Officer is responsible for the day-to-day management of customer enquiries, requests and interactions, all within a customer focused, results driven, solutions-based environment delivering efficient and effective Infrastructure services across the University’s portfolio. The role will suit those that are customer service focused, and who have excellent attention to detail skills to manage high-volume tasks efficiently and accurately. Those with demonstrated experience in the use of business systems and applications to support the processing of work requests are encouraged to apply. To be successful you will need: Demonstrated knowledge and experience in an administrative role. Relevant experience in a reception and sales role. Experience in cash handling and processing of payments. Demonstrated professional interpersonal, oral and written communication skills. Experience in a customer service environment. Proven ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team. Demonstrated knowledge and intermediate experience using Microsoft Office suite of programs and appropriate keyboard skills. Qualification/s: Completion of a Certificate II with relevant work experience; or An equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
