Your next opportunity: We are currently offering an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Administrator to become part of our expanding Boral Asphalt team in Seven Hills, NSW 2147. Reporting directly to the Manufacturing Operations Manager, this role is crucial for providing key support, overseeing administrative requirements for the Specialty Products team. Your day will involve: Administering and monitoring any business system utilisation, offering support and guidance for sites and projects as required Produce reports and communicate with team as per programmed timeframe Work with contractors to ensure compliance to Boral induction & onboarding process Mobile plant pre-start issues communicated and converted to work orders Operational/ Maintenance team MLS support Managing and updating plant downtime entry & tracker What are we looking for? Experience in a similar Senior Administration role Ability to interpret sensitive information and maintain confidentiality Intermediate MS Office skills, excellent organisational skills and attention to detail Strong time management skills and the ability to resolve issues Ability to meet deadlines, work under pressure and see tasks through to completion Valid Driver's Licence What’s on offer?
