Duties include however not limited to: General day to day administrative tasks such as answering phones, email correspondence, generic and personal mailbox management, checking mail, preparing letters, scanning, filing and printing as required Complete weekly Debtor invoicing for all Gearhart locations Submit monthly customer statements and carry out aged debtor follow ups Data entry via Pronto Processing Creditor invoices and review Creditor statements daily Preparation of mid-month and end of month Creditor payment reconciliation for head office Facility management - Liaising with services required for Wingfield site and Dampier staff house Qualifications The ideal candidate will have the following: Previous experience in an account's administrative role Professional written and verbal communication skills Ability to multitask and meet deadlines Shows close attention to detail Additional Information WHY WORK FOR SGS?
