Due to our growing demands, we are looking for an experienced Team Leader to oversee and manage the workshop administration area ensuring all inbound, outbound and repair replacement activities are completed in a timely manner maximising the efficiencies for the workshop repair hub to best class standards. Reporting directly to the WA Service Manager you will be responsible for six direct reports and duties will include:Oversee the inbound booking progress and outbound freight activities to ensure all administration staff complete tasks in a timely manner to agreed KPI's.Oversee the completion of the repair by replacement and battery inspection technicians to ensure all inspections and replacement are completed within agreed timeframes.Conduct regular reviews of direct reports and record same for verification purposes.Develop, train, mentor, and coach the workshop administration team creating a cohesive and supportive, team-based environment.Oversee the maintaining of records and allocating incoming spare parts stock on hand to correct locations.Provide customers and retailers with update on their warranty claims over the phone and emails.Monitor and identify trends within the WA Service Centre to drive efficiency gains.Ensure compliance with all TTI WHS and company procedures.Act as point of contact for service centre's customer enquiries. Be an escalation point for direct reports.Completion of daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required.What you will bring:Proven experience in leading a team within a warehouse logistics or manufacturing environmentStrong communication skills - ability to communicate with all levels of the organisationProactive with an ability to think ahead, be a team player and focus on meeting deadlinesMust be able to demonstrate initiative and creative problem solvingDemonstrated experience in developing and implementing continuous business improvement initiativesExperience working within a CRM (SalesForce or C4C) & ERP system environment (SAP or similar)Demonstrated ability to enhance team performance through leadership, development and empowermentKnowledge of LEAN and/or Six Sigma methodologies is an advantageProficiency in PowerPoint, Word and ExcelStrong analytical skillsIf you fit the above attributes and are excited at the prospect of joining a large, successful, and dynamic organisation, please click APPLY NOW
