Do you have experience in: Managing the month-end, quarter-end and year-end close processes , coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with financial reporting regulations Experienced with leading or managing a small team before? What your exciting role will look like: Corporate Accounting Lead tasked with ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of month-end and quarter-end reporting for the APAC business. Collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure adherence to financial reporting regulations Working closely with internal audit and other supporting teams to implement and assess general controls, conduct flux analysis, and drive automation initiatives Working collaboratively with managers from various groups to synchronise accounting practices and deliver precise financial information Accountable for keeping process documentation current and conducting training sessions, with the support of corporate team members, regarding the effects of new developments in Corporate accounting Work with the APAC team to ensure they are well-informed about potential impacts on their respective areas of responsibilities What you'll bring to the team: 5 years experience working in multinational, fast paced and energetic environments CA or CPA qualified Strong financial reporting and analytical skills Solid leadership skills in managing a small team Hands-on experience working with Oracle and Blackline , or similar cloud accounting software Strong communicator and an ability to communicate across all levels of the business, and remote international teams. Strive to continually improve, including making changes to internal accounting processes and controls. Ability to time manage and problem solve effectively in a high-pressure environment, consistently meeting tight deadlines.
