This is a great opportunity to get on board with a company that has major long-term projects, so if you are a Engineering Managerthat wants to get in on the ground floor as Fluor expands its highly experienced team this is the perfect time. Key responsibilities: Lead and guide 100 Engineers and Drafters, including team members working in other Fluor global offices, to deliver the detailed engineering, and support the fabrication and site construction teams. Liaise directly with the client. Lead, mentor and develop a high performing team. Provide in-depth technical product, estimating and application knowledge to support the ongoing development of the project. Lead the technical production of designs across all engineering disciplines according to the project schedule. Ensure that all designs produced to meet the appropriate Standards and Regulations Build and nurture strong relationships, focusing on understanding and meeting clients’ needs. Assess short and long-term needs, trends, problems, and opportunities. The following experience/skills are required for the position: Minimum 16 years of work-related experience Demonstrable success in leading large teams and managing complex projects. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. Promote a safe, inclusive, and respectful work environment. Proficiency across the Microsoft Suit.
