About The Role: As a Pharmacy Assistant you will work across all departments of our store under the supervision of the Retail Manager and will focus on making customers feel welcome. You will also be assisting the Front of the Shop, responsible for the provision of exceptional customer care that develops positive relationships with our customers and for meeting their shopping experience needs. You will do this by: Providing an exceptional shopping experience at every interaction. Finalise sales and wish a warm return at registers. Gain and maintain product knowledge to assist customers to make the correct purchase for their needs. Acknowledge customers at every opportunity. Promptly attend to customers expressed and unexpressed needs.
