The role We are looking for casual Registered Nurses who are passionate about a person-centered approach to care, to join our 60 bed facility - Groundwater Lodge, Maryborough. The Location Living in Maryborough, QLD, is truly exceptional. What you will do The Registered Nurse is responsible for ensuring: Holistic assessment in partnership with residents and their representatives Development and evaluation of individualised resident care plans Supervise and support Personal Care Workers Clinical care including wound management, palliative care and medication management Liaison with medical and allied health care staff Provision of safe, high quality care in accordance with the Aged Care Quality Standards Positive resident experience through resident-first approach Who are you and what will you bring? Registration with the AHPRA as a registered/enrolled nurse is essential Minimum 1 year experience in providing clinical care as an RN Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills Hold and maintain NDIS Worker Check (or willing to obtain) Please note - Covid Vaccinations are NO longer a requirement Be passionate about delivering a person-centred approach to care Interested?
